We offer a 14-day exchange policy on all items, starting from the date of purchase. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer store credit for returned items. Store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchases on our website.
